SPAETH, Dorotha M. “Dot” Spaeth, 90, passed away Monday, September 11, 2017. Mrs. Spaeth, a member of Garden City United Methodist Church, was retired from SWD as an office manager with 34 years of service. She was predeceased in 2014 by her husband of 66 years, Harold W. Spaeth. Survivors include 2 daughters, Marsha Spaeth (Don Schmalz) and Jane Spaeth (Steve Slagle); 1 son, Tim Spaeth (Betty Patton); 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, October 2, at Garden City United Methodist Church, with Rev. Alan Patz officiating. Interment will follow at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
