Eileen June Gutierrez

Eileen J. Gutierrez, 83, of Jacksonville, passed peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends on Monday, June 26th, 2017. Eileen was born in Chelsea,M.A. and after many years as a Navy family moving from state to state she planted her final roots in Jacksonville, FL where she lived the last 48 years. She was predeceased and now reunited with her father James White, mother Ruth Archer , sister Adele"Dolly" Vidal , daughter Donna Stone-Harman, son Orlando "Roland" Gutierrez, Jr., son Robert "Bobby" Anthony Stone, and grandson "Lil" Jay Stone and many other loved ones. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years Orlando "Orly" Gutierrez Sr., sister Karen Bruttaniti, 3 daughters: Tammie Sparks, Tamiko Gutierrez and Nenita Langley; 2 sons: Jay Stone (Cathy) and Douglas Stone. 11 grandchildren: Tara Amante, Josh McLane (Molly), Kristen Stone, Marc Fulinara, Laura Fulinara, Sierra Watkins, Heather McLeod (Josh), Matthew Gambrell, Jasmine Stone, Krystal Weber (Daniel), Madison Hart. 9 great grandchildren: Kyle, Zander, Evan, Jayla, Malani,Piper, Landen, Noah, Hunter and a huge group of extended family and friends. She worked for many years as florist at Georgette's Flower Shop. She enjoyed many hobbies such as cooking, dancing, reading, sewing and most of all traveling abroad. Eileen's wishes were to celebrate instead of mourn so the family will host a celebration of her incredible life on Sunday, July 2nd,2017 visitation will begin at 1:00 pm and a memorial mass to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida 32211 a reception will be held immediately afterward at the American Legion on 9459 Ft.Caroline Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32225.
