Eileen Ann Kershaw

Eileen Ann Kershaw, 58, went to be with the Lord on September 22, 2016 after a lengthy battle with lung disease at the Mayo Clinic hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Eileen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and the life of the party wherever she went. All those who were blessed to know her were enlightened by her always positive outlook and the joy she managed to squeeze into every part of life. Eileen’s life was focused on others – she would give her last dollar to a hungry friend and always played the role of peacemaker and mediator, bringing people together no matter the circumstance. Eileen was a mother figure to so many more than just her own children and has left a lasting, positive impact on countless members of her community. Eileen is survived by her husband, Glenn Kershaw; her children, Chariot Kershaw, Kristi Stokes (Kershaw), and Chris Kershaw; and her grandchildren, Kayden, Calleigh, Kaelyn, and Kylea, all living in Jacksonville. Eileen and her family are also thankful for the love and care provided by Christy McLemore and Madisen in her final days, as well as the nursing staff and doctors at the Mayo Clinic ICU in Jacksonville. Family and friends will be celebrating Eileen’s life in accordance with her wishes at (a time and place to be determined).
