

Eva Mae Smith passed away on August 28, 2010 in Tallahassee, FL at the Center Point Nursing Home. She was born on June 19, 1915 in Jacksonville, FL and was predeceased by husbands, Phineas Miller Rousseau and Ronald Clyve Smith, Sr.
Eva Smith enjoyed a full happy life complete with loving family members and friends. She enjoyed traveling throughout the U. S. and the World and socializing with her many friends in her church Sunday School Class and residents of Baptist Towers in Jacksonville.
Her greatest love was for her children and grandchildren, spending as much time with each of them as possible.
Eva was of Menorcan, Spanish, and English descent with ancestors from St. Augustine and Oak Hill, Florida.
Her previously deceased family members were parents Blanche Leonora Solano Goodrich and Albert Darling Goodrich; twin sister Ida Rae Goodrich Cooper; brother Levy Alexander Goodrich, Sr.; sister Myrtle Pauline Goodrich; and stepson Ronald Clyve Smith, Jr.
Surviving Children are Richard Miller Rousseau and wife Kay Rousseau, St. Augustine; Sylvia Darling Rousseau, Tallahassee; James Raymond Smith, Sr. and wife Elaine Smith, Jacksonville; Step daughter Annie Brauda and husband Emery Brauda, Hortence, Ga.
Eva will be loved and missed by all the family and others who knew her.
Services will be at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL, 32207 at
2 PM Wednesday, September 1, 2010.
