Joann was born August 21, 1954 in West Virginia.
She is preceded in death by her cherished Grandmother Belva Stumbo, her Mother, Ethel Kelley, and stepfather Melvin "Mike" Kelley.
Joann is survived by her three children, William "Billy" Stumbo(Hallie Satkoff), Lawrence "Larry" French (Veronica French), Marcella " Michelle " Scheider(Jerry Bowen), her six grandchildren Jim Scheider(Tajah Scheider), Tyler Scheider, Brooklyn Stumbo, Anna Penate, Kaleb French, D.D. Penate, her great grandson, Lucas Scheider, her siblings, Carolyn Bowman, Lucy Wooten, nephew Jason Marr, neice Crystal Marr as well as great niece's and nephew's.
Also known as " Meemaw, Gramham, and Mama Jean" she will always be known for her love of her grandbabies, her strong will, giving and caring spirit, her beautiful Brown eyes, big smile, and listening ear.
Private services will be held at a later date.
