

She married her high school sweetheart, James T. Warren on December 24, 1940 and they were married for 56 years until his death in l997. Together they had four children: Ernie (Janice), Don, (Betty), Hal (Pam) and Nancy (Chris). She had 7 grandchildren, Wade, Stacy, Wyatt, Laura, Sam, Alec and Colin and 4 great grandchildren, Garrett, Madeline, Iris and Will.
She was predeceased by her husband, Jim, son, Don and beloved daughter-in-law, Sandra. She had many nieces and nephews, but was especially close to Susan Corn Underwood and K Corn Anderson, and thought of them as daughters.
Frances was an active member of Avondale Baptist Church for many years. Later in life, she joined Lakeshore Baptist Church. She was the epitome of a Southern lady who loved God, her family and friends.
Frances “Mimi” was one of the most honest, caring, loving and generous people you could ever meet. Her love for her family was unconditional, immeasurable and the center of her life.
The family is very grateful and appreciative to the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Catherine Laboure’ Manor for the wonderful care they gave Frances during her many years as a resident there.
A private memorial service in her honor will be held at a later date.
