

He is survived by his wife, Juanita Lemen Pascak, his son Joseph (Joan) and daughter Nancy, his sister Mary Gurniak, 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Frank was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Navy; he then spent about 17 years in the U.S. Naval Reserves. After military service, he went to work at NAS Jacksonville (NARF, now NADEP) and retired from there in 1984. He was a long-time member of Murray Hill United Methodist Church, and was a Boy Scout volunteer.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Doris, his parents and 4 sisters. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Haven Hospice, 745 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL, 32065, will be appreciated.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00pm, Thursday, December 3rd, at The Edgewood Chapel of Hardage-Gibbens Funeral Home, 729 South Edgewood Avenue, Jacksonville. The funeral will be at 10:30am, Friday, December 4th, at Murray Hill United Methodist Church, 4101 College St., Jacksonville, followed by burial with military honors at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville.
