

Frank was born on April 28, 1944, in Brooklyn, New York, to Frank A. Pacifico and Maria (DeMarco) Pacifico. He was raised in New York and carried that strong New York spirit with him throughout his life.
Frank proudly served his country in the United States Army, completing four years of service, including duty during the Vietnam War. In recognition of his service and dedication, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, and served honorably with the Military Police.
Following his military service, Frank dedicated his professional life to law enforcement. He worked as a detective with the Suffolk County Police Department, where he was known for his commitment, integrity, and sense of duty.
Frank valued education and lifelong learning. He earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science as well as a Bachelor of Professional Studies, accomplishments he took great pride in.
On November 17, 2001, Frank married the love of his life, Betty J. Pacifico, with whom he shared many cherished years.
Frank is survived by his wife, Betty J. Pacifico; his sister, Laura Mercandetti; his stepson, Porter M. Walden; his stepdaughter, Marjorie L. Caraway; and his stepson, Shane S. Waldron.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank A. Pacifico; his mother, Maria Pacifico; and his sister, Phyllis Pacifico.
Frank will be remembered for his service to his country, his dedication to his career, and his loyalty to family. He leaves behind a legacy of strength, honor, and commitment that will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
