Frank was born in New York City on March 15, 1946, to Joseph Spinato and Dorothy Spinato. He was one of four children; his siblings include brother Christopher Spinato, sister Grace Graf and youngest brother Peter Spinato.

Frank served in the United States Army from 1966 to 1972 in the Signal Core. Frank is lovingly remembered by his loving wife of 54 years, Louise L Spinato. Loving known as Mr. Frank, he made a huge impact on many families and parishioners in the community. He was a devout Catholic, Eucharistic Minister, and friend to his church. His willingness to help others was unwavering, and he demonstrated this by making sure to always lend a helping hand to those in need.

Frank had a passion for fishing and boating. He loved spending time with his best friend George and his son Andrew, exploring and catching fish. He loved tinkering in his garage and enjoyed taking things apart and rebuilding them. Frank loved his grandchildren Ryan (7), Nolan (5) and Natalie (2) fearlessly and time spent with them was always filled with laughter and joy. Frank will be remembered as the cornerstone of his family and will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Frank was so kind and always smiling. He really enjoyed the little kids and lit up when he saw them at HR school where I met him. He was also a handy man for my mom, boyfriend and many others. He was a gentle, caring soul and always wanting to help others. We will miss him very much! Rest In Peace

So very sorry to hear of his passing. He was a very generous man. I met him at Holy Rosary School where my two grandkids attended. He will be remembered always with love and thanksgiving for all that he did for all of us.

We were all so young when we met. Frankie had just gone into the service. I helped Louise paint the bedroom so it would be nice when he came home... and it was! I remember that Frankie and George were always working on a car. They put together a souped up 57 Chevy for Louise and rebuilt the engine in my car — ran beautiful when they finished!! Although we didn’t see each other much in later years, we were all friends for life. I am so glad that Patricia and I spent a few days with Louise and Frankie last February. It was great to meet the kids and grandkids. Frankie was as cheery as he always was. He left us way too soon. My heart breaks for Louise .. they were a team forever!!!
