Frena Elizabeth “Libby” Brantly, 51, entered into heaven on Monday, February 7, 2011 after a lengthy illness. Libby was born in Jacksonville on August 27, 1959.She was greatly loved, and will be missed by her large adoring family and many wonderful friends. She was a great wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and sister.Survivors include her loving husband of 29 years, Ronald E. Brantly; daughter, Allison Barrett (Charles); son, Ronnie Brantly (Shannon); mother, Mary Lou Hayes; father, Carrol Hayes (Patty); brothers, David Hayes (Teresa), Craig Hayes (Shellie) and Brian Hayes (Christina); sister-in-law, Renee Brantly; mother and father-in law, Mark and Mary Goldman; niece, Mary Sage and many other relatives and friends. Libby’s memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at The Arlington Assembly of God, 88 Arlington Road. Interment will be at a later date in North Carolina.
