Georgie S. Crawford

Passed away at her home in Callahan, Florida after a brief illness.

A retired Nassau County Postal Worker remembered by many for her special smile and kind heart.

She is the daughter of Alex and Sallie Dyal Hodges.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Spencer Crawford.

She has one living sister Emmie Harris. She has a step daughter Martha Jo Scott (Dwight) Spring, Texas.

She has many nieces and nephews who adore her and hold her dearly in their hearts. She has numerous family members and friends.

She is a member of First Baptist Church of Callahan, FL that she treasured. She loved her Sunday School class.

Visitation will be 11:00am March 17, 2016 First Baptist Church, Callahan, FL with service immediately following at 12:00pm. Pastor Lynn Hyatt will be officiating. Internment will be at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery,7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL at 3PM.

Pall Bearers will be Lewis Hodges, Joey Geiger, Ken Franklin, Tommy Lee, Troy Lee, and Elton Hodges. Honorary Pall Bearers will be Sheriff Ray Geiger, David Robinson, Roland Smith, Morris Anderson, Mike Ainsley, Adam Mizell and Ron Carroll.
