SELPH - On Monday, September 23, 2019, Geraldine Selph, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away at the age of 86. Jerri was born in Jacksonville, FL. Here, she worked for Independent Life for 27 years. She was married in Folkston, GA to Charles Selph for 63 years.
She is survived by her 3 children, Sherry, Donna and Scott Selph; 2 nieces, Beth Potter and Debbie Egan; 7 grandchildren, Kelly, David (Mary), Krista, Aaron, Shaun, Stephanie and Allison (Brandon) and 9 great grandchildren.
Jerri enjoyed tending to her many plants and flowers throughout her yard, her beloved cat named Cody, singing and classical music. She loved vacationing in the mountains. All of her grandkids can attest that she made the best mac and cheese. They have yet to surpass her recipe. She enjoyed spending time with her family most, especially her late sisters Evelyn Bunker and Ouida Dailey.
A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 at Arlington Park Cemetery.
