Glenn Gordon Wood

Glenn Gordon Wood, 58, longtime resident of Jacksonville, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on October 18, 2010. He was born in Independence, Kansas, son of the late Gordon and Marilyn (Peterson) Wood.

Surviving are his loving wife Phyllis, two sons, Ari Silver (Britney Bennett) and Shane (Christine)Silver, three grandchildren, Kobey, Tristan and Savannah, brothers, Douglas, Cameron and Stuart Wood, a step-sister Vanessa Wood, father in law, Albert Stein and many dear friends.

A Celebration of his life will be held at Congregation Ahavath Chesed on Sunday, October 24 at 1:00 pm. Rabbi Goodman will officiate.

Memorials in his name may be directed to Temple Institute of Religion Special Projects Congregation Ahavath Chesed or NE FL Community Hospice.
