It is with great sadness that the family of Harold James (Hal) Franceschi announce his passing after a long battle with cancer. A loving husband and father, to his wife Annie and son Steven. A caring, considerate, soul to his Father Gus Franceschi, and Mother Ida Franceschi, and Brother the Late Darwin Franceschi his extended family of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Harold grew up in Penns Grove, New Jersey, achieving a degree in Pharmacology, as well as joining the Army, as well as the Army reserves. He moved onto Hospital administration and was an active Rotary club member in California.
A world traveler, Harold, along with Annie, visited many countries, including working in Saudi Arabia for two years. He loved his trips to Italy to be with his Italian relatives, as well as Maui. His warmth, generosity and humor will be missed. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude’s Hospital and Wounded Warriors and Tunnel to Towers foundation is appreciated.
