Today we lay to rest the man we all adored. We are very honored to say he was a sailor during the Korean War. This man had so much heart, dedication and love to offer. And a hard working man indeed. Retired from CSX Railroad in 1995. He had a marriage that we only dream of. Happily married to the woman of his dreams for over 63 years Mrs Leona Williams. A very avid Tennessee fan, "Go Vols." But today we will not say goodbye, cause we will see you once again.
Preceded in death by wife, Loena Mae Williams; daughter, Diana; sisters, Mary Ann and Sarah Ruth. You leave behind a line of family and friends that loved and respected you more than words could ever say.
Survived by brother, Billy and Carol Williams and son, Homer Hasty. Grandchildren; Ray and Sharron Hasty, Davetta Shane Hasty, Leah and Greg Corum, Sean and Cynthia O'Shields, Carlos Spurgeon, April Ray, LeAnne Cruz and Shawn Crossitti. Great-Grandchildren; Matthew Dean McAmis, Andrew James McAmis, Crystal Crosby, Joshua Reynard and many more. Special friends, Becky Sinyard and Steve St.Angelo. Very special daughter-in-law Betty Hasty.
We love you Grandpa,
Today, Tomorrow and Forever.
