Imogene S Webb

Imogene S. Webb, 89, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2015 at Life Care Center in Orange Park. Mrs. Webb was born on November 1, 1925 in Abbeville, Alabama and moved, with her husband F. E. Webb, to Jacksonville 68 years ago from Eufaula, Alabama. It was in Jacksonville that she raised her three children and was a homemaker in the truest sense of the word. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Jacksonville for many years.

She was predeceased by her husband and her son Kenneth W. Webb.

She is survived by a son, W. Keith Webb and his children Heather Cumbo and Kristin Webb, a daughter, Shirley K. Webb and her children Grady Webb-Wood and Sarah Evers, her deceased son’s children, Lindsay Brown and Kevin Webb, her daughters-in- law Beth Webb and Stephanie Webb, and 7 great grand children. Imogene is also survived by her sister, Lillie Gordon Thompson of Eufaula, Alabama, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida 32207.

Interment will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery.
