

Jack Farah, Jr. passed into the arms of the Lord on March 19, 2021 at the age of 72. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida and attended Andrew Jackson High School and Jacksonville University. He was the owner of several sandwich shops in the Jacksonville area. Jack was a lifetime member of the Ramallah American Club of Jacksonville and Christ the King Catholic Church. He was a well known and respected member of his community.
Jack is survived by his wife of 49 years, Nadia Farah, and his son Robert J. Farah (Jennifer) and his brother Omar J. Farah (Martha ); daughter-in-law, Marlene Farah; sister-in-law, Jean Farah. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Sidney, Natalee, Corey, and Joseph Farah, his brother in law Joe Alley (Sana) and Nader Alley (Nataleen) and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his son Jack, III and parents, Jacoub and Georgette Farah, and his brother George Farah.
There will be a Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at the St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, with The Very Reverend Archpriest Kamal Al-Rahil as celebrant, 6300 Bowden Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32216, with a visitation from 10 am to 11 am . Interment will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. 32207 following the service. Due to CDC guidelines, facemasks will be required at the services as well as safe social distancing.
