Jackleen Milford Smith

SMITH-Jackleen Milford Smith, 77, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones Sunday, July 24, 2016 and reunited in Heaven with passed loved ones. Jackie was born to the late Charlie E. Milford and Tinnie Lee Bass Milford on June 30, 1939 in Madison, Florida. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Her most prized accomplishments were being a housewife, stay at home Mom and Grammy. She was a devoted Wife, faithful Mom and loving Grammy. Her Family was her life! Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her Husband, James Jerry Smith, Sr., her Daughter, Donna Brown, her Sister, Judy Highsmith and her Brothers, Charlie and Buddy Milford. She is survived by her two Sons and Daughters-in-Love, James Jerry Smith, Jr.(Tammy) and Jason Smith (Ty); 6 Grandchildren, Whitney, Ashley, Travis, Justin, Shelby and Skyler; and several Nieces and Nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 27, 2016 in the Chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. with Rev. Steve Kegley officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until the start of the funeral at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made in her memory to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
