He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years Marguerite Neuman, his sons Gregory and Gary Neuman, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 21 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin, 11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville Florida 32223.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 22 at 1:00 pm at San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church, 1718 FL-13 Jacksonville Florida 32259.
