Johnny Leroy Geoghagan

John was born in Jacksonville, Florida on January 12, 1936 to Beulah and William Geoghagan.

John was a widower and will meet Cindy in heaven. John is survived by his sister, Juanita Beidelman, a daughter, Robin Soud, a son, John Jr. (Mary) and a daughter Susan Henderson (Scott). John’s grandsons were Trey (Lisa) and Brian (Kristi) Soud, Sean and Ryan Geoghagan, Michael Adley (Melanie), Ted, John (MacKenzie), and Daniel Henderson. His granddaughters include Lori (Justin) Morton, Ann Geoghagan, Caitlyn (Jayce) Hammett and Amy (Robbie) Henderson. Great grandchildren are Emi and Brayton Soud, Brooklyn and Reagan Soud, Jackson, Juliette and Jacob Morton, Carter Geoghagan, Jaycob, Bryce and Reese Hammett, Haley and Jason Polly, Levi Lemon

He was preceded in death by his parents, Beulah and William, his wife Cynthia and his brother Ronald (Doris).

Visitation will be at 9:00 am at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home located at 11801 San Jose Boulevard. A service for John will follow at 10:00am, officiated by Pastor Ted Owens. After the service, lunch will be served in a reserved room at the funeral home. There will not not be a formal procession to the cemetery, but several will travel to Mandarin Cemetery for their final goodbyes.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent to Shepherd Center in Atlanta, GA or to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
