Joyce Railey

Joyce Burnett Railey, 83, passed away March 30, 2014, after a lengthy illness. Joyce was born on April 3, 1930 in Gainesville, Georgia to Welborn and Ethel Burnett. She was predeceased by her parents and brothers, John, James, and Paul Burnett. She was a member of Central Church of the Nazarene. After retirement from Compass Bank, she enjoyed years of traveling and making memories with family and friends, far and wide. Her family reunions were the highlight of all of our lives. She is survived by her devoted husband of 45 years, Clyde; her beloved brother and sisters-in-law Robert and Sara Burnett, Evelyn Burnett; cherished family, children: Donna O'Brien (Robert),Robin Lee (Alice), Alan Lee (Lynn), Charles Railey, Sr.(Arlene),Michael Railey (Deborah),Patrick Railey; Grandchildren: Jamie Lee (Shannon), Jacquelyn Lee, Laura and Casey O'Brien, Jennifer Wonch (Mike), Jason and Justin Lee (Vanja), Chuck, Scott, Kyle, Drew, Bryan, Kim and Tammy Railey,12 great and 1 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and family and friends in Suches, Ga. Services are 11:00 AM April 3, 2014, Greenlawn Cemetery Chapel, 4300 Beach Blvd. Visitation at 10:00 AM. Burial is at 2:30 PM in Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd.
