Joyce M. Smith, 71, passed away on September 2, 2010 at her home in St. Augustine, Florida. Joyce was born on Feb. 18, 1939 in Portland, Oregon to the late Herman Leslie Burke and Mabel Ivy Mechenham Burke. She moved to Florida five years ago from El Paso, Texas. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary.
Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Smith and is survived by her loving children and family.
