

Judith Ellen Plump, of Paramus, New Jersey, born on May 2, 1956 in New York, New York, to Dolores Rand and Benjamin Plump, passed away at the age of 63 on July 2, 2019 in Ponte Vedra, Florida. Judy graduated from Paramus High School in 1974, from Rutgers University in 1978, and from the NYU Stern School of Business in 1984.
After graduating, Judith worked for Ernst & Young for seven years, followed by a career as the Vice President of Tax for Louis Vuitton-Moët Hennessy (LVMH). Judith transitioned to Vice President of Tax and Payroll for L’Oréal until 2000, when she decided to begin her own consulting firm.
Judith was a warm, generous, and compassionate person. She loved theater and the arts, antiquing, and enjoyed spending time with her family at their vacation home in Wildwood Crest, NJ. She was surrounded by loved ones at the time of her passing. She will be missed by the many people whose lives she touched throughout her life.
Judith was the beloved wife of Charles G. Fraser – her husband of 40 years. She is survived by her husband Charles; her son Colin Fraser and daughter-in-law Sydney Fraser; her daughter Blaire Fraser Kearney and son-in-law Griffin Kearney; her brother Richard Plump; nephew Charlie Plump, and niece Samantha Plump Genido; her sister Wendy Plump Martini; father Benjamin Plump; and nieces Heather Fraser-Wallach, Nicole Fraser and Nicole’s daughter, Jordyn Fraser. She also leaves behind her dog, Barley Corn.
Donations in Judith's name to the American Cancer Society in support of Ovarian Cancer research are welcomed and appreciated. Friends and family can pay their respects at the Celebration of Life, officiated by Rev. Dr. Holly Inglis, on Saturday, July 13 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida, 32223.
