Our beloved Katherine T. Moore went to meet our Lord at the age of 85 on June 4, 2025 in Jacksonville, Florida. Born April 11, 1940 in Plant City, Florida. Kay entered the gates to heaven to be welcomed by her late husband Bill Moore, her son Danny Moore, and her parents Minnie H. Bush & Ernest Traughber. She will be laid to rest in Brandon, Florida.
Katherine leaves behind 3 sisters: Barbara Traughber of Crystal River FL, Sandra Traughber Carroll of Middleburg FL, and Sherry Traughber of Floral City FL; and her grandkids Teresa and Matthew Moore. She also has several great grandchildren, and too many nieces and nephews to count.
Katherine has a love for Elvis, Dogs and Cardinals. A feisty woman who will be dearly missed as she was loved by many. We love you bunches. Now go fly high with the Angels and Cardinals.
A visitation for Katherine will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32211, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM, officiated by Pastor Ed Hall.
