

Lew was a veteran of the US Army. In Pennsylvania, he worked for Proctor and Gamble for 29 years and then moved to St. Augustine in 2003. He was a good friend to many who knew him both in Pennsylvania and here in Florida. Lew’s passions were camping, traveling with his wife and family and seeing his grandchildren compete in sporting events. He will be especially remembered for the support and guidance he gave his sons and grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Joseph Marabell, he is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Marabell; three sons, Scott Marabell (Jocelyn), Richard Marabell (Francine) and Lewis Marabell (Nicole); six grandchildren, Connor, Blake, Madison, Alexander, Josephine and Marissa Marabell; sister, Marie Marabell; brothers, Theodore Marabell and Donald Marabell. He is also survived by several close brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2011 in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin.
