

Louise Mary Azroff, 93, passed away May 30, 2018 at her place of residence, in Jacksonville, FL. She was born December 19, 1924 in Fort Sheridan, IL. She is the daughter of the late Henry Von Genk and Birdena Von Genk Carder. Louise was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, residing in Cranston, RI for a number of years prior to returning to Jacksonville to be closer to extended family.
She was last employed as Business Manager of Daniel in Jacksonville, and was a former board member and board chairman of the Government Employees Credit Union of Florida. Louise was a proud American, deeply patriotic, and served many years in Rhode Island and Duval County working for the Supervisor of Elections. She was a member of civic organizations Daughters of The Nile, and Eastern Star.
Louise is predeceased by her parents, and brothers, Henry and Richard Von Genk, and husband of 56 years, Arthur Azroff.
She is survived by son, Robert Azroff (Ann); grandchildren, Sarah Williamson (Josh) and Natalie Skinner (Wade); great-granddaughter, Eliza Skinner; nieces and nephews, Dena Hufford, April Hardke, Henry Von Genk III, Jeannie Hernandez, Patti Chappell, and Faith Garrick and other relatives and friends.

The Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin, with Rabbi Mona Decker as officiant, followed by interment in Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
