Lynette Ann Drefahl

Beloved wife of the late Leonard Drefahl; loving mother of daughters, Debra A. (Ken) Nieman, Diane (Bill) Grotz, and Sandy Kelly (Bill) Greathead; cherished grandmother of nine: Eric, Brett, Krista, Ryan, Allison, Jeffrey, Michael, Patrick, and Adam; dear great-grandmother of eleven: Haleigh, Cole, Caleb, Guiliana, Sydney, Chase, Chelsea, Landon, Ella, Natalie, and Briggs, awaiting number twelve; and sister of Harry (Laura) Eckes.

Lynette was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; brother, Roy; sister-in-law, Ann; and step-grandson, Michael.

She loved volunteering and was active in her community of Edgewater Crossing. She planned get-togethers and decorated the community center throughout each year. She initiated a chair exercise group that continues to this day. She enjoyed gardening and always had a beautiful array of plants on her patio. She never was without a jigsaw puzzle with 1,000-piece puzzles being her favorite.

A Mass of Remembrance will be on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 1pm at the Historic Church of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, located at 4214 Loretto Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32258.

Reception immediately following mass will be held at Edgewater at Sunbeam Community Center, located at 4400 Edgewater Crossing Dr., Jacksonville, FL 32256.
