

Marjorie Veree Knouse Henderson answered the Lord's call to come Home on Sat., Sept. 25, 2021 to be with her late husband of 59 years, William David Henderson, Sr and her son, William David Henderson, Jr.
She was born on Feb. 9, 1924 in Miami, FL to the late Earl E. Knouse and Annie V. Huffstetler-Knouse.
She had a successful career as a Real Estate Broker in South Florida and loved running numbers plus evaluating properties long after retirement. Mrs. Henderson was a very spiritual woman, dedicated Christian and member of Mandarin United Methodist Church.
Her passions were family, music, art and travel. She also enjoyed square dancing in both Florida and North Carolina with the love of her life. The loving couple traveled the world together but they always came home to be with family near the beaches in Florida and the mountains in North Carolina. She was a loving, giving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
Survivors include daughters, Cherie (Ed) Marciniak and Deborah (Greg) Harker; grandchildren, Eddie (Nancy) Marciniak, Kenneth (Genie) Marciniak, Charita (Dean) Fasci, Dionne (Eric) Sanders, Marjorie (Mike) Leonard; great-grandchildren, Kirsten (Greg) Suess and Kandace Marciniak, Justice Whitman and Violet Skye Marciniak, Davin and Giada Fasci, Tyler and Faith Sanders, Hunter and Peyton Leonard; great-great grandchild, Amelia Suess; brother, Bob (Sue) Knouse.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM, Fri., Oct. 8, 2021 in the chapel of Hardage-Giddens of Mandarin, 11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in loving memory of Marjorie Henderson to The Florida United Methodist Children's Home, 51 Children's Way, Enterprise, FL 32725.
