

Mark had a profound impact on everyone he met with his contagious smile and dedication to the lord. Refusing to let his disability get in the way Mark set out to show the world that he too could live life to the fullest. Mark was smart, funny, loved to play shy and always ready to go for a ride in the family van. He will always be remembered for his love of fashion, and all things Christmas. The movie “Miracle on 34th Street” was his favorite, along with visiting Santa Clause for his annual Christmas picture.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Edward Mullins, his paternal grandparents Anthony Osterman, Marion Osterman Strickland, Terrell Strickland and Uncle Dean Mullins
He is survived by his parents Martin and Nina Osterman of Jacksonville, his twin brother Michael Osterman of Lebanon, KY, sister Michele Bennett (Jordon), Jacksonville, FL, niece Aubrey and nephew Abel of Jacksonville, FL, grandmother Marilyn Mullins, of Lebanon, KY, aunts Cindy Coker, Campbellsville, KY, Kim (Tony) Medley, Lebanon, KY, Theresa Osterman, of Jacksonville uncles Patrick Osterman (Stephanie) of Ft. White, FL, Shawn Osterman (Mari) of Barstow, CA and numerous cousins.

Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Assumption Catholic Church 2403 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207. Celebrant Father Rodolfo Godinez .
A private family burial will take place at a later date.
