Martha was born in Richmond, Virginia on August 10, 1943.
Martha lived in and attended schools Miami, Florida during her youth. Martha married James Howard Mills on May 3, 1966.
Martha worked with her husband in their shoe repair business in Jacksonville, Florida.
Martha is survived by her sisters: Barbara Diane Branigan and Marjorie Sours Cogburn; 3 nephews and 1 niece.
A funeral service to Celebrate Martha’s Life will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, September 8, 2017 at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207.
