Mary Thomasine (King) McCormack age 96 died on May 26, 2025. Mary was born on October 30, 1928 in Fox Harbour, Newfoundland, Canada. Her parents were William King and Mary Duke and Mary was the third of fourteen children.
Mary was married to Joseph McCormack Sr on August 23, 1952. Mary had three sons Michael (and Janiene) McCormack, John McCormack, and Joseph (and Sherri) McCormack Jr.
Mary has 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and loved spending time with them whenever possible. Mary was a long time parishioner at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. She loved gardening and tending to her plants, and she also enjoyed fishing.
Mary was predeceased by siblings William, Patrick, Thomas, Jack, Gerald, Rita, Mikey, Jimmy, Jean, and Elizabeth. She is survived by siblings Leonard, Selena, and Nellie.
Mary will be laid to rest in a family graveside service on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
