Michael S. Horn, 42, of Jacksonville, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at the Baptist Medical Center South, Jacksonville. Michael was born on July 13, 1968 in Seattle, Washington to Glen and Sandra (Tobin) Horn. He worked as an Optical Tooling Technician for Vistakon. Michael is survived by his loving wife, Rhonda Horn; his daughter, Nicole Horn, age 9; and his son, Jacob Horn, age 6, of Jacksonville. Additional survivors include his mother, Sandra Bone; and his sister, Cathy Presley and her husband Mike of Knoxville, TN; Michael was preceded in death by his father, Glen Horn. A Memorial service will be held at 6:30 pm on Friday, January 7, 2011 in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin, 11801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville.
