Michael Francis McQuade

In addition to his passion for his family, he was a member of Knights of Columbus and Resurrection Catholic Church. Mike served in the army during the Vietnam war with the 25th infantry. He was an excellent father. In addition to coaching, he never missed either child’s games or recitals. Mike never met a stranger. He was kind; always smiling and always willing to lend a helping hand. His positivity was contagious. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Mike is survived by his wife of 51 years, Donna McQuade, daughter Emily (Barry), son Ryan (Hayley), four grandchildren - Carson, Callie, McKenna and Hadley, as well as brother Kevin McQuade and two nieces, Erin and Meghan.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024 from 5-7 at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home at 940 Cesery Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32211. Mass service, followed by a reception, will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024 from 9-11 at Resurrection Catholic Church at 3383 University Blvd N, Jacksonville, FL 32277.
