Patricia D. Perdue

PERDUE—Patricia Shirley Ann Davis Perdue, 71, passed away March 3, 2015. She was born in Jacksonville on May 19, 1943 to the late Charley and Magdlene Davis and lived the first year of her life with her mother, father and grandparents, Essie and Saddie Fedd. She went to school in Jacksonville and graduated from Stanton High School, then married James J. Brown and started a family. She was blessed with two children, Terezre (Easter) Brown and Patryse Brown Stephens. She then went to nursing school at Jacksonville Junior College and worked for a short time at Duval Medical Center. Moving to Los Angeles, CA, she met and married Thomas Levi Perdue in 2005. Thomas passed away and she moved back to Jacksonville. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Ruby (Lowell) Chase, Julius (Alice) Perry, Anderson Perry, Raymond (Candice) Arnold, Jr., Madeline Worth and Jacquelyn (Lance) Cottingham as well as five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held 11 AM, Saturday, March 7, 2014 at Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church, 1118 W. Beaver St. Arrangements by Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Ave.
