Patricia Woolgar (Mullins) passed away peacefully on July 3, 2025. Patricia was born on July 13, 1944, in Atmore, Alabama. When she was a teenager, her family relocated to Pensacola, Florida. A few years after that, she met and married Edwin (Ed) Woolgar, the love of her life. Ed was a serviceman in the US Navy. After 31 years in the Navy, they retired in Jacksonville, Florida. They were married for 63 years when Ed passed away in March 2024. They had four children: Saundra Ford (Steven), Tammy Owens (Richard), Melissa Atheney (Joel), and Kevin Woolgar. They also had eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She loved them all dearly.
Besides her family, Pat was most proud of her career at Community First Credit Union of Florida. She held various positions during her nearly 30-year tenure. Pat often talked about going back to work at Community First, but her daughters always encouraged her to just enjoy her retirement! For the past year, Pat was a resident at Canterfield Assisted Living in Clay County, where she made many wonderful friends and stayed busy playing Bingo, cards, dancing, attending church, and participating in other activities. Patricia was loved dearly by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 11:00 am at Corey Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida 32211, with a visitation one hour prior at 10:00 am.
