Phillip Thomas Hurley, 56, passed away on July 6, 2023 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born in Johnson City, Kansas on July 1, 1967 to parents John L. Hurley and Clara Heglar. He is survived by his step-mother Barbara Hurley, sisters Kathryn Mendoza, Paulette Gutierrez, Pauline Rozier, brothers Paul Snipes, Glen Powell, nephews Christopher Hurley, Stephen Mendoza, and nieces Ashley Saenz and Caitlyn Hurley. A visitation will be held on Friday July 14, 2023 at the Chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home from 11am-2pm, followed by a graveside service at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens at 3 pm.
