Dear Pat and Family:

When I first started with Outotec a year ago, you always took the time to say ‘Hi, how are you doing today JT'.  Always had a happy face and joking around with me.  God bless you Randy.  I'm going to miss you.

My prayers our with the Matzer family during this sad time, Randy always brought smiles and laughter to all the gatherings of our friends. If anyone needed anything he would be there to help.  It was a joy being Randy's  friend and I will miss him. God's love will carry us though.

Randy was such a special person.  He was always helpful to me when I first met him at Outotec and became a co-worker of his.  We talked about sports to solving the worlds problem.  I will definitely MISS him.  May God grace and mercy be upon you - his family - as you go through your time of bereavement.

He was as good a friend as any kid could have and I have many fond memories of our friendship. Prayers, love and God's peace to Randy and to those he leaves behind. Chris, you are so correct.  I spent the last fantastic Christmas with Randy, Mike, Mamma Matzer, and Gale, and we had a fantastic time.  We all joked around, and Randy of course, was very quiet. And then he interjected with his joke, and we all about on the floor laughing.  I am so sorry for his loss...and all of our losses with him gone.

Randy was a fantistic person.  I cannot believe he is gone.  May God Bless his soul and take care of him in heaven....because a man like him belongs nowhere but there.  And please bless and consul my other mother, Mama Matzer, Mike, and Gale.  I know this is very hard on you all.

Randy, Shakespeare once wrote "we are to the Gods as flies are to children!"  You will be missed my fine fine friend. I explained to a friend who didn't know Randy that he was often the quiet one, who would spend an evening listening to everyone else talk . . . and at an opportune moment, would inject the best quip or observation of the entire night causing uproarious laughter by all.  For more than 20 years Randy, Ron, Andy, Joe, Gary, Greg, Rocky, Stephen, Dave, Dan, Chris, Don, Jim . . . and WOW . . . countless others (forgive me if I've left you out) would take to the basketball courts of Jacksonville - or meet every Sunday at noon for weekly volleyball competition with yet more folks each week at the ParkerDome - Randy and Stephen were the glue for all of this . . . Randy was always a great competitor and a skilled athlete. Randy was more than a friend, he was a beloved brother who left his mark on me and everyone he knew.  His loss is sadly and keenly felt indeed! T-Rand!  I will miss you brother.

Sorry to hear about Randy's passing.  My thoughts and prayers are with you Gale, Mrs. Matzer and Michael.  God bless all of you during this time. Sending love to all of you.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Randy's family.  He was a good friend and a great guy. We loved watching his interaction with our son Ryan as he grew up.  The camping trips and basketball games were alot of fun!  Randy was a gentle soul who will be sorely missed.

There are no words than can express the sadness felt over Randy's passing.  He was a good man with a big heart.  As a colleague, he was always willing to help and a joy to work with. Our work family has lost a very special person, and he will always be in our hearts and memories.  To the Matzer family, I pray that God will give you peace and comfort now and in the days and weeks to follow.
