Robert Eusebio Borges

Robert E. Borges left to be with the Lord on March 29, 2018. He was native to Jacksonville and attended Englewood High School. He fiercely loved his family and brought love and laughter to all who knew him. Words cannot describe how much he will truly be missed.

He is predeceased by his parents, Antero and Lelia Borges. He is survived by his wife, his rock and the love of his life, Alyson Lee; children Jason, Jennifer (Troy Peaco) and Patricia; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Antero (Linda Borges); brother-in-law, Richard Woods; sister, Ayxita (John Bass); 10 nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and nephews and countless cousins. The world has suddenly become more empty without him.

A visitation will be held from 6-8pm, Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Hardage-Giddens, The Oaklawn Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 11am, Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Hardage-Giddens, The Oaklawn Chapel. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. A celebration of Roberts’s life will be held after funeral services at Southside Assembly of God reception hall.
