Robert Bobby F. Leggett "Bobby"

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 42 years, Patricia and his daughters: Amanda Brewer (Michael) of Warner Robins, GA, Debbie Brown, Rebecca Tripp, and his brother, Bill Leggett (Lill), all of Jacksonville, FL. Grandchildren: Tony Aquino (Stacy) of Warner Robins, GA, Joe Tripp of Jacksonville, two great grandchildren: Tony and Lily, nieces, nephews, and many family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Willie Leggett and his mother, Nola Summerlin Leggett.

Robert was born October 29, 1936 and raised and retired in Jacksonville, FL. He attended Robert E. Lee High School and The School of Technology. Robert was employed by Duval Ford and Nimnicht Chevrolet.

He was an avid NASCAR fan, stock car racing and sports fan. He enjoyed racing stock cars in his younger days and later was a booster of the Jacksonville Stock Car Racing Hall of Famers. Robert also raised exotic birds and always had a special place in his heart for animals. He never met a stranger and could talk to anyone. He was fun, loving, and had a great sense of humor.

The family will receive friends from 4 - 6 PM Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 729 S. Edgewood Ave, Jacksonville. A memorial service will be held at 6 PM.
