Robert Clinton Womack

WOMACK, Robert Clinton Womack, 73, passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 2, 2018 in Jacksonville, FL. Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Roxie; his father, Clarence; and grandson, Joshua Smith. He is survived by the love of his life, Sharon D. Womack; 5 children: Crystal (Joel) Summerfield, Tammy (David) Smith, Robbie (Lisa) Womack, Justin (Gina) Ynclan and Mike Resel; 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Robert was also survived by 3 brothers: Roger, Randal (Pam) and Rocky (Nancy) Womack; 2 sisters, Anne O’quinn and Susie (Sonny) Griggs; as well as other very close family and friends. Robert retired as owner/operator of Quality Glass for 37 years. He would follow up his retirement with his extended family at Dana’s Limousine Service. Robert also loved to fish, cook on the grill and spend time traveling with his love, Sharon. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, March 8, in the chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Ave., with Pastor Bob Mullaly officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 pm Wednesday (TODAY) at the funeral home.
