Roberta Magnolia Colson

Roberta Drury Colson, 86, passed away January 8, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends. Mrs. Colson spent the early part of her life in Nahunta, GA. She retired from the United States Navy Fuel Depot in Jacksonville and was a past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a generous and loving mother and grandmother who always shared her great sense of humor. She will be greatly missed. Mrs. Colson was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Colson; parents, Robert and Coyla Drury; sister, Jaurelle Berlin; and brother, Eugene Drury. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Young; son-in-law, Jim Young; three grandsons, Jimmy Young, Justin Young (Gena), and Jason Young (Hannah); great-granddaughter, Josie Young; and sister, Winifred Thomas.
