Ruby Marie Scheider

Mrs Ruby Marie Scheider, 80, born on September 26th 1940 originally from Lawtey, FL. Went to be with our heavenly Father on Sunday December 13th at 3:10 am surrounded by her loving family. Ruby was a member of the Glad Tidings Church and Macclenny Moose Lodge where she loved to dance (jitter bug), listen to old country music, and socialize with her friends. The most important thing in her life was the love she had for her family. She was a little lady with a huge heart, and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ruby is survived by her brother Jim Jones, daughter Marie Crews (Reece Crews) and sons Edward Scheider (Amy Scheider) and Jim Ed Scheider. Accompanied by her 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Mother Leila Byrd Jones, Father Edward George Jones Sr, her husband Edward Scheider Sr, brothers: Edward Jones and Wayne Jones, sisters: Edna Thornton, Joe Pearson, Madge Cowart, Leila Dane Thornton, and Betty Faulkner.

Visitation will be Wednesday December 16th from 6pm until 8pm at GreenLawn Cemetery 4300 Beach Blvd Jacksonville, FL 32207. The graveside service will be Thursday, December 17th at 3:15pm at GreenLawn Cemetery. For those who would like to send flowers, please send to Greenlawn Cemetery Funeral home. Due to Covid restrictions you will be required to wear a mask while indoors to keep everyone safe.

Her pallbearers will be her grand/great grandsons: Blaine, Chase, Tucker, Ryker, Christopher, Talmage.
