A talented graffiti artist, skilled fisherman, and gifted surfer, Sam will be missed by the many friends that he made as a lifelong resident of Duval County. Sam will be remembered by his mother, George, his two sons, Sam and Brantley, his brother, Jason (Jacqueline), and his half-sister Elisabeth (Kristopher). He is proceeded in death by his father, Henry Melivn Hall.
A lover of the sea, Sam’s ashes will be scattered in the ocean – a place that brought him happiness and immense peace – in the presence of family. As we reminisce and morn Sam’s passing, let us also remember that, “death leaves a heartache no one can heal; love leaves a memory no one can steal." May we remember the good times and carry them with us forever.
