Sarah was born in Micanopy Florida to the late John Earl and Alma Brantley .She was proceeded in death by her brother Jr Brantley (Vernice) and sister Mary Sue Roberson . She leaves behind one brother Randy Brantley, and her husband of 50 years James G.W Smith Jr, Daughter Paula Sarah Barker(Patrick),Son Rusty Clint Smith, and Daughter Karla Kay Laforge(Daniel) ,seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Sarah will be laid to rest 07/14/2020 service will be held at Corey-Kerlin 1426 Rowe Ave Jacksonville Florida at 12 pm followed by burial at Riverside Memorial Park.
