Sheila Mobley Wilder

Sheila Lynn (Mobley) Wilder, 46, passed away June 12, 2014. Sheila was born August 28, 1967 in East Point, GA. She received her Master of Science in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia. Sheila worked in the Child Life Department at Wolfson’s Children’s Hospital before working as a kindergarten teacher for Living Waters Preschool in Fruit Cove. She was an extremely gifted teacher and cared deeply for all children. Sheila was a wonderful wife and mother and she loved her daughters with a passion. Sheila is survived by husband, Ed Wilder; daughters, Kayli and Abi Wilder; mother, Peggy Mobley (Karl Aronson) of St. Augustine; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Earlene Wilder of Savannah, GA; sisters Vicki Dunn (Rentz) of Nashville, TN, and Linda Mobley of Middleburg, FL; brother-in-law, Tim Wilder (Kristi) of Macclenny, FL; nieces, Courtney Dunn of Raleigh, NC, Holly Dunn of Nashville, TN, Brianna Whiting of Macclenny, FL; and poodle, Lucy. Sheila is preceded in death by her father, Jefferson Clinton Mobley. The family will receive friends Sunday, June 15, 2014 from 3:00-5:00pm as well as after the service from 6:00-8:00 pm at Switzerland Community Church, 2179 State Road 13. All are welcome to attend the memorial service at 5:00pm at the church. Memorial contributions may be made in Sheila’s name to Relay for Life.
