She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Darrell Gabbard; her parents, Jack and Christine O’Neill; one sister, Peggy(James); three brothers, Joey(Rebecca), Kenneth and Dennis; a special niece, Anastasia O’Neill and several other family members.
Susan was predeceased by her grandparents, Maynard and Claire Willey.
Services are scheduled for this Friday, March 20, 2020 at 10:30AM in the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
