Tammy L. Crosby

Tammy L. Crosby, born July 27, 1959 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida died November 24, 2017 after a long illness. She is preceded in death by her father, Mack Crawford and mother, Helen R. Sarber. Tammy is survived by her stepmother, Annie Lee Griffin (Meme); daughter, Tiffany Ingham; son, Steven Crosby; grandsons, Donovan (Ingham) Silcox, Joseph Ingham and Skyler Ingham; sisters, Judith Booth, Tina RuBright, Syndi Silveira, LeAnne Small and Marty Crawford; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 729 S. Edgewood Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32205. The funeral service will take place at 11:00am on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at the funeral home followed by interment at Restlawn Cemetery, 2600 Ribault Scenic Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32208.
