Theresa “Terry” Pickett Eason, 54, succumbed to a very long illness on Saturday, May 23, 2009, surrounded by family, at her home. She was a native of Jacksonville, FL, and graduated from Bishop Kenny High School.Terry ran her own Medical Transcription business from her home and worked at Holiday Hill Elementary School. Survivors include her husband Roger Eason and two children, Sara & Adam, parents Bill & Carolyn Pickett, siblings, Karen Vanetti, George Pickett, Rose Marvel & Alan Pickett, & numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Ed Pickett. Graveside services for Terry will be held 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday May 27, 2009 in Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd. with visitation on Tuesday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. May 26th, at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. Flowers are gratefully accepted or memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society, 1430 Prudential Dr. Jacksonville, Fl. 32207.
