Tom had an AA from FCCJ, retired as Chief of Jails and Prison for the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office. He served in the Army as an MP. He belonged to the American Legion and The Greater Jacksonville Coin Club. Had membership in Florida United Numismatics and American Numismatic Association.
Tom is predeceased in death by his father, Lawrence A Bobbitt, mother, Ida Beatrice Wilson, brothers, Larry and Tim.
His surviving family members are his wife, Barbara, Brothers Bobby and Bill, Sister-in-laws, Barbara, Jill, Jeam, and many nieces and nephews.
The memorial service will take place on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at 1:00pm in San Jose Episcopal Church. 7423 San Jose Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32217
