Thomas Shane Faircloth

Thomas Shane Faircloth, age 30, passed away on November 8, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. Thomas was born on July 8, 1987. Thomas was the son of Wendy Lynn Simmons, who passed away one week later on November 15, 2017 in Jacksonville. Thomas will be remembered as a loving son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend; he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Thomas loved sports, fishing, the beach, the country, and mainly loved his family.

Thomas is survived by his father Dwayne Faircloth; his dad Carlos Edward Simmons; his sister Amanda Simmons; nephew Kaiden Anthony Simmons; grandmother Brenda K. McEachern; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

Funeral services will be held for Thomas and his mother Wendy Simmons on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens Edgewood Chapel, 729 Edgewood Avenue South, Jacksonville, Florida. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
